Great place! Ocean is literally a stone’s throw away. Staff were very pleasant and professional. Room was amazing, large luxury bathroom and large room with nixe amenities.

Was awesome, from welcome to departure, we were treated like kings, breakfasts were excellent, chef takes pride in his job and the rest of the staff were excellent, we will be returning over and over again, found a real gem here!

The Absolute Ocean is an amazing property right on the beach in Sandbaai. The roaring ocean waves and the stony coast make for soothing sleep and breathtaking views. A coastal walking path goes right in front of the property to start the day with a nice walk. The breakfast is prepared by the on-site chef to perfection with delicious options. Our rooms were expertly decorated and the bed and bedding were luxury hotel quality. More than anything, the views from the room make this property worth every cent! Each room has a beautiful balcony and seating area to enjoy the most stunning ocean views morning, noon and night!! Leah and the team took care of all our needs and went over and above many times during our stay. The location is easy to find, secure parking available and only a few minutes from the harbour area where you'll find outstanding food and bev options. Wish I had a 6th star to give!!

The accommodation was truly a dream. Unfortunately, we were traveling during the severe storm in May, and our original accommodation cancelled our reservation due to power outages and weather conditions. Luckily, the Absolute Ocean Boutique Guesthouse took us in and, despite the power outage (which we knew about beforehand, so we were just happy to have a place to stay for the night), offered absolutely fantastic service. An employee stayed extra late in the evening to welcome us, and in the morning we had a private, very delicious breakfast prepared by the chef with a great view over the sea. All the staff were really very courteous and attentive to us, even though we were the only guests due to the bad weather. The beds were also exceptionally comfortable, and we fell asleep to the sound of the sea. Thank you for the great stay!

This guesthouse is lovely and safe. It is perfectly located with a stunning view. It is in a quiet part of Sandbaai. The rooms are lovely. The bed is comfy. The breakfast served is delicious. The staff were very helpful. The check-in and check-out was easy and hassle-free. I can 100% recommend.

Very well kept and managed entity. Was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The view over the sea is just awesome. Will definitely visit again.
